Why Surfing?

Surfing is becoming well known for the rejuvenating effect it has on the body and mind.

A surf can be like a bolt of energy plugging into nature! This time in the ocean and daylight is akin to a reboot or reconnection to ourselves, the body and a different perspective for the mind. Scientists are coming to understand through the studies of Bluemind what surfers have known all along, the positive relationship between well-being and the Ocean or STOKE!
