Day Retreat

Our adventure begins at Knocknarea Organic farm with a tour of a working organic farm and an introduction to regenerative farm practices with Rob and Sean. Expect tasters! 

Next up is a stunning hike up mythical Knocknarea mountain combined with an informative foraging tour with Nourished in Nature Ireland. You’ll head back to the farm after your hike (if you want to include lunch for a farm fresh lunch) or back to Strandhill to have lunch and chill. Finally, after all that goodness, it’s time to head into the Sea for an invigorating and fun surf session in the Wild Atlantic with us.
