beginner & improver
surf lessons in sligo

All beginner/improver surf lessons are taught in waist depth white water. You do not need to be a great swimmer but you do need to be able to tread water.

For those of you who are improvers and need a refresher or want to fine tune their pop up, paddling, ocean skills or confidence, these lessons are perfect for you too.

Everyone gets personalised instruction in our lessons to meet you at your own level. Each lesson begins on the beach with safety and surfing techniques for 15/20 minutes. Then it’s into the Ocean for 90 minutes to continue instruction, have heaps of fun and catch lots of waves.
